Moore Clean CEO Jose Moore Appointed to NAPSA Board of Directors

Moore Clean Street Sweeping & Site Cleanup Services is pleased to announce that CEO Jose Moore has been appointed to the board of directors of the North American Power Sweeping Association, known across the industry as NAPSA.

NAPSA is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit association founded in 2000, representing roughly 300 member companies across North America. Its stated goal is to “promote and educate the power sweeping community while enhancing the environment,” work it carries out through industry certification, educational programs and member support. Jose Moore is listed among the association’s contractor directors.

A seat at the table for Texas contractors

NAPSA’s board is made up of officers and directors who meet by conference call each month and gather in person once a year at the association’s annual meeting. The association sets much of the training, certification and best-practice guidance that contractors across the continent work to, so a board seat means a direct hand in the standards the industry holds itself to.

For Moore Clean, the appointment reflects more than two decades of work in commercial street sweeping, parking lot sweeping, construction site cleanup and property maintenance across Texas.

Four major regions across Texas

The appointment follows a period of steady growth. With the acquisition of Alamo Lot Maintenance, Moore Clean Street Sweeping & Site Cleanup now covers the four major regions of Texas: Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston.

The company owns its trucks and equipment outright and self-performs its services rather than subcontracting them, an approach that remains uncommon in the sweeping and exterior maintenance industry and one that underpins the consistency its customers rely on.
